Returns & Exchanges Policy

I want you to love your piece. If it’s not the right fit, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping, including items shipped free during  promotions

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Items marked as final sale

Natural stones and handcrafted metals may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Outdoor photos may enhance color and contrast, while indoor photos show the piece in neutral light. These natural variations are part of the material and do not qualify as defects.
