All Vagalumea jewelry is handcrafted and carefully packaged in my studio.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page

  • Custom pieces and made to order pieces may require additional time

 


Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Fedex 2nd day

  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

 


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 


Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

  • Vagalumea is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other carrier-related issues

 


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, Vagalumea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • If an issue occurs in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
